The PowerMTA log is split into two types:
Deliver and Hard Bounce.
Output: Step 2 Folder
Input: Step 2 Folder
Input file name must starts with Hard****
Hard Bounce emails are split into
Bad Mailbox, Spam Mailbox, and
Invalid Domain.
New bounce types are saved in the
Unknown Bounce Category file.
Output: Step 3 Folder
Input: Step 2 Folder
Input file name must starts with Deliver****
Deliver emails are checked with the Good Domain List.
Matching emails are saved as Valid Mailbox.
Non-matching emails are saved as B2B Valid Mailbox.
Output: Step 3 Folder
Input: Step 3 Folder
The processed files from Step 3 are combined and placed into separate
folders:
Bad Mailbox, Spam Mailbox, and Valid Mailbox →
Email Upload
B2B Valid Mailbox → B2B Email Upload
Invalid Domains → Domain Upload
Output: Step 4 Folder
